When addressing loose skin, Dr. Pittas performs the required surgical removal. In certain cases, a discreet incision hidden in the groin and buttock crease suffices to lift and tighten the middle thigh and buttock region using the spiral lift technique. This approach yields enduring lifting effects, visible skin tightening, and reductions in wrinkles and cellulite in a single treatment.
For more severe sagging, a longer incision along the inner thigh or around the upper thigh may be necessary. Nonetheless, precise suturing methods, in conjunction with fat removal and skin tightening procedures, can reshape the leg, minimize scarring, and enhance the overall contour.
